BTD3011R is a single-channel intelligent isolated gate driver IC, using magnetic isolation technology, insulation voltage up to 5000Vrms@SOW-16 package, output peak current typical value of 15A, pin function integrates power device short-circuit protection and soft shutdown function after short-circuit protection, integrated primary and secondary power under-voltage lockout. Integrated secondary power regulator function, this regulator can automatically distribute positive and negative voltage according to the secondary power input, suitable for driving IGBT or SiC MOSFET with voltage level within 1200V.
