BTL2752x Series - Dual-Channel Low-Side Driver
BTL2752x series are dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate drivers. The output side adopts rail-to-rail mode, the pull and sink current capability can be up to 5A, rise and fall time as low as 7ns and 6ns; The two channels of the chip can be used in parallel to enhance the drive current capability; The signal input pin can withstand a continuous negative voltage of -5V, supporting 4 standard logic options: BTL27523 with dual inverting inputs with enable pin, BTL27523B with dual inverting input without enable pin, BTL27524 with non-inverting input and enable pin, BTL27524B with non-inverting input without enable pin.
