From September 15th to 17th, BASiC Semiconductor, the leadingenterprise of the third-generation semiconductor industry in China, appeared onWorld New Energy Vehicle Congress 2021 (WNEVC 2021) with its independentlydeveloped SiC series of products. Mr. Mikiya Chonabayashi, the expert of SiCmodule of the company delivered a keynote speech on the congress. BASiCSemiconductor SiC module test fleet underwent high temperature and highhumidity testing in Hainan at the same time.

World New Energy Vehicle Congress 2021 was jointly hosted by ChinaAssociation for Science and Technology, Hainan Municipal Government, Ministryof Science and Technology, and Ministry of Industry and Information Technologyand other organizations. At the congress, BASiC Semiconductor exhibited a seriesof automotive Full-SiC power modules for the main inverter application of newenergy vehicles. The products of this series adopt full-silver sintering technology, featuring high power density, high reliability, low stray inductance of the modules, and low thermal resistance, that makes itsperformance reach an advanced level in the whole industry.
